So here's the iformation on everything you need to know about my process, turnaround time, ownership, etc

General
Please go through my gallery to make sure you know what you're getting into, I'm still learning and they're some things i draw better than others but i'll do my best to complete your commission the best way i know how.

I will draw fanart or in someone else's style if you ask nicely, just be sure to provide good references.
Please have reference images available if possible. I need a photo of a face if you'd like me to do a likeness of someone, a good reference of your character design if you'd like me to do a commission of your OC for example. I'm willing to work with descriptions if that is the best you can do.

Estimated Time for Completion is usually 5 to 12 days depending on what you need, this may vary depending on the number of characters, backgrounds, current work flow etc and these are from the time i accept your commission, not the time the request was made.

Payment
I accept payment through moneybookers.com and paypal. If for some reason i am unable to finish your commission i will refund your money.

Process
1. When i accept the job you send me half of the payment.
2. I'll do a rough digital sketch of your idea which I'll send through to you as a low resolution jpeg so that if you have any major changes I can make those/re-sketch early on in the process
3. I'll lay in thick brush strokes usually in black & white/grayscale, these can be in color if you prefer
4. I'll gradually increase the amount of detail as the painting progresses and fix any issues that may come along according to your specifications
5. Once the grayscale version is done I will color adjust the painting, add in the final details/effects and so on
6. Once the work is finished you send the last half of the payment and i email you a high resolution version of the Illustration, the final is deliverable as high resolution .jpeg 3500 pixels in the longest dimension at 300dpi. I can save other formats though this is preferable due to server and bandwidth limitations.

Information I'd like to receive from you
Number characters involved, what they're doing, what type of background, color themes/mood you would like portrayed. Please explain as much as possible so there isn't too much trouble trying to figure out what you want.

Rights
I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces in my gallery, on my website(s) or anywhere else. If an original character of yours is requested, credit will be given to you accordingly. If you do not want your commission displayed for whatever reason, please ask.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request. For example if it's something totally extreme that most people wouldn't want to see.
I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased). Otherwise you're free to post the art anywhere online as long as you credit me.
These commissions are NOT to be used for things like:
book illustrations, covers, any other publishing that uses the artwork, or anything intended to make profit. These commissions are for non-commercial use ONLY including non-profit making projects. You may not make prints of my work to sell. I still hold legal rights to the art, commissioning me means agreeing to these terms.
All commissions will come with my digital signature somewhere on the image. YOU CAN NOT REMOVE IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. If for some reason (and this should be a good one) you want a version of the image WITHOUT my signature I will consider leaving it off but credit will still have to be given to me wherever it is posted.
If your commission becomes a complicated one I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly, these may vary depending on subject matter, level of detail, time scale etc, and since revisions take time, I have to charge for them.

How to Commission me:
Send me a note titled commission with the details of what you want, I'll agree to do your commission if i'm okay with it and send you my moneybookers or paypal email address,depending on which one is more convenient for you to send half the payment so i can begin working on your piece at this point you can send me your email address so i can keep you up to date with progress on your piece.

I just wanna take the thank to thank everyone that's commissioned me over the last 11 months or so that i've been at this, you guys have been absolutely great

Also wanna tell you guys that i'll be upping the commission prices in 3 weeks, its something i've been mulling over and i think its about time that i do so. I've included the new pricing below so you can all see what the new rates will be, anyone that commissions me before the 11th of june will get the old rates

New Rates:

Bust/Thighs Up:

Single Character:                $50
